Surf or Sink

This deck started out as a rough “control” deck through clogging up the opponents lanes. With that in mind, the use of Debrii, Storm, and Spider-Man are essential to keep your opponent rushing to put their cards where they CAN instead of where they SHOULD. 

A flood of 3-cost cards and reduced 4-cost will make your opponent think you’re barely gaining with their low pow. But when you play a 1-4 Wong and a 0-3 Silver Surfer, courtesy of 2-cost Mister Negative (thanks to Zabu turn 3), your opponent will sink in their seat as you surf on +6 to +24 in your lanes.
