The Patriots bundle is the first bundle of July and has a fairly average value: 0.36 Tokens per Gold (the equivalent when converting dollars), and the Progress Value of 1.4. Also with the new card acquisition system, which will be released on July 11, you must also consider a new value – the difference in the number of cards received compared to the optimal use of the same number of currency (in this case, $20).

So with this bundle you get 0.1 more Series 4 cards than spending $20 on Token Tuesdays. Even though it’s a raise, it’s very small, especially when you consider the rather high price. And it looks even worse compared to the Power to Move You bundle, which has almost the same value but for $15, and the Don’t Touch The Ocean bundle, which has much more value for half the price.

If you evaluate everything together, it is clear that the bundle is aimed at those who want to get cosmetics and some progress as a bonus. This bundle should not be considered as a way to increase the number of cards or gain Collection Levels.

But what about the usefulness of variants? Patriot is the only Series 3 card here, so when you get his variant you can immediately use Patriot for your decks even if you don’t have him. In this case Patriot might be a good way for a beginner to get a new vanilla synergy deck to play with. But you still probably won’t have all the cards to reach this deck’s full potential, so it’s doubtful to spend $20 just for that.

However, if you have all the cards you need, Iron Patriot is doing quite well right now. Moreover, Patriot decks are very often among the Tier 1 or Tier 2 decks of the meta.

And although Misty Knight and Cyclops have synergy with Patriot, they are considered rather weak cards for Patriot decks. Instead, they have found a great place for themselves in High Evolutionary decks. If you like this architype, the good news is that the bundle offers two variants for this deck at once.

In the end, the Patriots bundle ended up being pretty bad compared to the other July bundles. Especially considering its high price of $20. This bundle just looks out of place in terms of value among its competitors. As a result, we rate it 2.5 stars out of 5 as not worth your attention unless you like one or more of the variants contained in the bundle.

As usual, keep in mind the following points before purchasing Bundles:

• Date: Bundle start and end dates are at the daily reset time, which is 3 AM GMT.
  • Bundles are grouped according to the season.
• Cost: Cost for $ is in US Dollars and will be converted to your local currency in-game.
  • You may be able to purchase cash items cheaper using the official publisher Nuverse web shop with a different currency.
• Credits: The maximum Credit storage limit is 10,000. With a bundle purchase, you may go over the limit but not be able to collect anymore from other sources.
• Collector’s Tokens: Players need to be at least Collection Level 500 before being able to see bundles that offer Collector’s Tokens offered in the Shop.
• Mystery Variant: Is chosen randomly from a Base Card you already own, from the released 700 Gold Rare variant pool.
• Variants: You can use any new bundle-specific variants acquired even if you don’t yet own the Base Card.
  • Bundle-specific variants are exclusive and are likely will not be offered through other sources, unless it is from a Season Pass from the Beta.
