Judging by the value of new card progression, the 2 Cute 2 Furious bundle is pretty bad for Gold. You get 0.01 fewer cards than buying Token Tuesdays. Both the cosmetic value and the progress value are on par with the in-game shop, though. In other words, such a low price should only appeal to those who like the included variants since the cosmetic value is quite good, which means you get some nice progression as a bonus.

So two things to keep in mind. First, this is one of the cheapest progress value bundles we’ve seen. Second, even though getting fewer cards than Token Tuesdays is alarming and this bundle contains just Credits rather than Collector’s Tokens, you won’t notice a huge difference. But the variants may please your eye for a long time to come.

With that in mind, let’s find out just how useful these variants are. For new players, using the variant for Jane Foster Mighty Thor can be an alternative to the base card since they can immediately use the variant in decks instead. But alas, even with a full collection, Jane Foster Mighty Thor is mainly used in Lockjaw decks, and a new player won’t get much use out of this card without a somewhat large collection.

Like I said above, the main place for Jane Foster Mighty Thor is Lockjaw decks. Yes, she also sometimes finds herself in Mister Negative decks, but that’s the exception rather than the rule. Nowadays, Mister Negative decks have moved away from using her anyway.

Thus, the 2 Cute 2 Furious bundle is a bit worse than Token Tuesdays if you look at the number of cards you get per Gold spent. Still, it’s a cheap bundle that has a balance between progression and cosmetics. It’s by no means a must-buy bundle, but if you already have a lot of Gold saved up and don’t mind getting two new variants in addition to Credits, this isn’t a bad bundle for you.
