Guide

Pro Bundle Mk. II bundle was originally scheduled for release much later and was supposed to be available from August 6 -11, but it looks like Second Dinner decided to change the dates and release it earlier. Pro Bundle Mk. II is actually available from August 2 through August 8.

Well, this extremely expensive bundle gives an extreme amount of value in the number of cards. If you buy Pro Bundle Mk. II, you can expect 1.81 new cards when you spend Collector’s Tokens on Series 5 cards. Take the original Pro Bundle as a comparison:

When you consider the difference in the number of cards, it turns out that for $100, this bundle will get you as many as 0.98 more cards than spending that much money to buy Token Tuesdays, as that is the best basic way to get cards that doesn’t depend on in-game shop offers. Other values are also on the high side: 0.78 Tokens per Gold (in equivalent) or 54.45 Tokens per Dollar.

Yes, again it’s worth noting that this is a very expensive bundle, then at the prices set by Second Dinner for Marvel Snap it’s the most profitable bundle of August. If you’re a “whale” and want to really get the most new cards for your money, it’s worth prioritizing this bundle. Yes, there’s also the Death Becomes Her Bundle, but while it has cosmetics in it, it’s inferior to Pro Bundle Mk. II in terms of progression value.

At the end of the day, we just can’t ignore how much Pro Bundle Mk. II gives compared to spending the same $100 on other bundles or buying gold in the in-game shop. Therefore, we rate this bundle 5 stars out of 5 for those who are willing to spend that much money at a time.

  • Date: Bundle start and end dates are at the daily reset time, which is 3 AM GMT.
    • Bundles are grouped according to the season.

  1. I generally pick and choose on if I should get the season pass every month but this bundle just seems too good to pass up if you are willing to spend the money. Is this the best deal Marvel Snap has ever offered? 2nd only to the Season Passes? I’m curious as to what people think.

  2. Just my 2 cents. I generally buy the season pass for the new card, but that’s already $120 per year on a mobile game. Another $100 on a bundle would be pretty nuts for me, and for this mobile game. The value of the bundle is 5 star. However, that’s only in the context of the current in-game economy, which is arguably one of the worst of any digital CG. If you objectively consider what $100 gets you (roughly 2 Spotlight caches, and 1 Series 5 card, plus some junk from the nerfed Collectors caches), then things become more clear. Also remember that Spotlight caches are RNG: you could get 2x Series 5 cards, or you could get 2k collectors tokens if you low-roll.

  3. I think the high prices of some of these bundles should be incorporated into the ratings system. If they made a bundle with 50k tokens and 100k credits for $1000, that is a 1 star bundle because no one can afford to buy it.
