Pool One On Reveal by Den_CCG

Today's Deck Highlight looks to attack the hot location - Kamar-Taj! Join HowlingMines as he looks to show new players how to best leverage their early pool one decks into this location!

Welcome to Community Deck Feature! – A brand new series here at Marvel Snap Zone. As often as I can, I’m going to dip my toes over into the Deck Database section, pull out something that I think is cool or will be useful to newer players, and showcase it in text and video for the entire Snap community to see!

If you’d like a chance to have your deck featured on Community Deck Feature, upload your decklists over in our Deck Builder or share your creations in the Marvel Snap Zone Discord!

Today’s decklist is a Pool-One On Reveal Deck – perfect for maximizing winning cubes in the current Hot Location, Kamar-Taj. This list is actually one we featured quite prominently in our new player article about the Best Pool One Decks To Play For Beginners, created by our own Den_CCG

On Reveal is a real fan favourite deck, often gravitated to early by players once they unlock some obviously powerful cards like White Tiger and Odin. Den’s list chooses to eschew powerful early game choices many others leverage such as Angela and Bishop in order to attempt to maximize the power of the Guardians of the Galaxy, such as Rocket Raccoon, Gamora and Star-Lord.

This is a very interesting approach, often allowing you to overwhelm your opponents with stats if you’re able to correctly guess where they intend to play: That’s something that’s super easy to do when a hot location is active, even more so when Kamar-Taj will trigger all of your guardians twice!

Odin offers a similar effect at all times, regardless of location, allowing your guardians to get REALLY big on the last turn of the game. If you can line this up with your other on-reveals, such as White Tiger or Ironheart, Odin can really make your final turn very explosive.
