Previously, the game’s files had a $5 version of The Doctor is Tin bundle that was later changed to $20. This was probably Second Dinner’s mistake from the start; at $5, it would have given way too much value for its cost. Still, even at $20, it’s a nice bundle with a value of 0.98 Tokens per Gold (in equivalent), a Progress Value of 1.7, and a card difference compared to buying Token Tuesdays of 0.16.

Overall this is a balanced and good bundle – especially in this price range. But it’s worth noting right away that you can buy the Hail Hydraulics bundle for just $5 more, and that bundle’s value per dollar is twice as good as The Doctor is Tin.

Morbius is heavily used in Hela Discard decks, which are Tier 3 decks in the current metagame. So, in reality, you’ll only use this variant if you’re a big fan of the Hela Discard archetype, or another archetype where you need to maximize the number of discards. That said, keep in mind that Hela Tribunal decks do not contain Morbius.

So, the The Doctor is Tin is a pretty good bundle, but it is outclassed by the Hail Hydraulics bundle in its price range. It’s still better to buy the The Doctor is Tin bundle than Token Tuesdays or Gold to convert it to Credits. We give this bundle a healthy 4 out of 5 stars.

• Variants: You can use any new bundle-specific variants acquired even if you don’t yet own the Base Card.
  • Bundle-specific variants are exclusive and are likely will not be offered through other sources, unless it is from a Season Pass from the Beta.
