We are just a day removed from the update, so the metagame still is in testing mode. Yet, it looks like the community is busy playing proven synergies, rather than fine tuning a deck around the OTA’s recommendations.

En Sabah Nur Performance






We are not even 24h removed from the OTA when I write this piece, but it looks like it’s been a brutal update for En Sabah Nur. The card itself was not changed, nor the usual archetypes it is part of, such as Thanos or High Power Summons. I had a look at the data, and those builds are still doing fine, so the issue must be elsewhere. The only archetype En Sabah Nur can be associated with from the OTA is the Hammer Time deck, which has been posting very lackluster results so far.
As a result, these catastrophic metrics over the past day might be due to En Sabah Nur joining the recently buffed archetype, which unfortunately still is not strong enough to be a competitor.
