Season Pass cards can only be obtained through purchasing the Season Pass they are attached to when they release. At the end of their season, Season Pass cards become Series 5, and can be purchased for 6,000 Collector’s Tokens from the Token Shop as part of the daily rotation. They will be also be included in the Seasonal Series 5 Snap Pack during the season following their release.
Synergies
If we really push our luck, we can get 6 extra power from Jeff the Baby Dolphin!? through revealing six cards behind it, on two separate locations. Already, this makes the new card a [2/8] when it shows up early, on top of a card able to move.
However, it is important to note granting power to other cards is much stronger than buffing yourself in Marvel Snap. There are so many cards able to turn that extra power into several points in the game, you can expect Jeff the Baby Dolphin!? to represent north of 10 power when played on turn two.

We don’t have to look very far to find inspiration, as a solid performer in the current metagame is the embodiment of that strategy.
Plus, if you weren’t much of a buff enjoyer, you could also just toss Jeff the Baby Dolphin!? into a move deck. After all, the card can move while moving our cards after they revealed is another way to extract a ton of value from the 2-cost’s ability.

The Verdict: Should You Get Jeff the Baby Dolphin!??
Buffing or Moving our cards are two evergreen ways to find success in Marvel Snap. Not only does the new season pass card make a lot of sense in both synergies, it also is a strong standalone 2-cost card, worth a lot of points when played on turn two.
There is nothing bad about this second Jeff. Expect to see a lot of it, just like the original Jeff when it released.
