Isca the Unbeaten is the Super Premium Season Pass card for the March 2026 Season, X-Men: Origins of Apocalypse. However, the card will also be obtainable immediately through the Seasonal Series 5 Snap pack.
It is a 4-Cost, 3-Power card that reads: End of Turn: If you’re losing this location, double this card’s Power.

Today, let’s explore the new card strengths and, of course, the best decks to try it out in.
Series 5 cards can be purchased for 6,000 Collector’s Tokens from the Token Shop as the latest Seasonal Spotlight card. They will be also be included in the Seasonal Series 5 Snap Pack for 5,000 Collector’s Tokens during their season and the following one.
Synergies
There are a few ways to grow Isca the Unbeaten’s power through buffing the card, for example with Aurora or Invisible Woman First Steps. Yet, I feel like we don’t want to grow her power too fast, as losing is pretty good with this card.
Indeed, if our opponent developed 13 points on a location, Isca the Unbeaten forces them to go up to 25 or she can take it back on her own when played on turn four. To be fair, I don’t need a lot more than a card in Marvel Snap to be excited about it.
The card is particularly appealing in a disruptive deck, as those typically struggle with points and often play from behind. Now, we could just slam Isca the Unbeaten on a location our opponent has started to develop, and force them to keep going or lose their progress to our 4-cost card. In the meantime, we could keep focusing on disrupting their plans on the other locations, as them developing in front of Isca the Unbeaten is fine by us.
Obviously, the card’s weakness is timing. If we were to play Isca the Unbeaten on turn six, she would represent a [4/6], which is a terrible deal. However, Marvel Snap features plenty of ways to buff a card we haven’t played yet, so we have ways to mitigate that issue.

There is another weakness about Isca the Unbeaten: We have to be losing.
In Marvel Snap, priority is one of the most important mechanism in the game in order to interact with your opponent. While we could be winning the other two locations, Isca the Unbeaten implies we purposefully play from behind on at least one of them.
To do so, we will likely avoid playing on that location early on, meaning Red Guardian or Ghost Rider”] could be a problem. Also, losing priority means we forego the possibility to play Cosmo in order to protect Isca the Unbeaten from Shadow King for example.
If we are competitive on the other two locations, forcing the opponent to go back to a location they thought was under control could be a good thing. Still, it was important to mention Isca the Unbeaten wasn’t just going to be “Play me at a losing location and profit”.
The Verdict: Should You Get Isca the Unbeaten?
Being a 4-cost, I feel like Isca the Unbeaten should be able to come down on a location we are quite far behind by that turn.
In a lot of matches, there is a location quickly out of reach as our opponent plays a few cards there while we develop on another. Over 3 losing turns, Isca the Unbeaten becomes a 24 power card, more than enough to challenge that location almost on her own.
Plus, the End of Turn keyword has a few good synergies with Aurora or Invisible Woman First Steps, so I like Isca the Unbeaten overall.
