Good morning all! I’m back at Marvel Snap Zone with a deck of the day: a top deck for you to try out! My aim for this article is to get you in and out quickly and give you something new to play every day along with the tools to do well with it. Check out the video for a verbal explanation of this and three other new decks.
Sizer2654 is the best ladder player in Snap history. He has twice as many #1 finishes as anyone else and is often #2. Of his many first and second place finishes, the majority have been with move decks. The recent OTA broke move. Sizer was already in the #1 spot with bounce, but since the OTA, he’s expanded his lead crazily. The temporary OTA that nerfed control cards broke move.
The reasoning is largely on the back of Human Torch. The card is simply HUGE. It puts up an insane mumber of points and can almost always win a lane. After that, it’s to the move player to win another lane. Three cards in this deck make that pretty easy.
First, Dagger is the second move scaler. Because of Heimdall, Sparky, and Madame Web, it’s pretty easy to move Dagger multiple times from turn 4 on, leaving her a 12-20 power card. Every bit as big as dagger is Kraven. Kraven abuses Cloak and Hellion to become an absolutely sily card. The power of Kraven often outstrips that of Dagger.
And, of course, Galactus First Steps is often 16-22 power. That’s an absurd amount, and winnning a lane just by dropping a big dude in one place is absolutely something this deck wants. For awhile, move ran Storm/War Machine/Legion, and at the time, it sometimes cut the Human Torch – yes, one of the best cards in the game – for Infinaut. Such is the extent that this deck wants a finisher without extra work. Well, here’s Galactus.
And finally, Merlin’s use case – Merlin is here because the only decks that match you in points use Magik. Merlin reads: Just say NO to Magik.
