Snap Judgments Deck of the Day: Danger is… well, Dangerous!

Good morning all! I’m back at Marvel Snap Zone with a deck of the day: a top deck for you to try out! My aim for this article is to get you in and out quickly and give you something new to play every day along with the tools to do well with it. Check out the video for a verbal explanation of this and three other new decks.

Danger is going to be a problem. A 4-6 destroy a cheap card is far better than it looks, especially if Killmonger goes back to his previous effect. Danger usually gives you, at worst, a 50-50 to get rid of an important and powerful card that can be very hard to interact with. Cards like Invisible Woman First Steps, Victoria Hand, Thena, and plenty more. As such, it’s low power is a feature, not a bug, operating like a smaller, easier to use Thing First Steps.

And, of course, you can buff Danger to get something bigger. Galacta is a card that fits well here, but when Jocasta comes out, we get some extra activate buff that works pretty well, too. Danger, because Jocasta isn’t out, because Killmonger is temporarily nerfed, looks just decent right now, but on Thursday most of the nerfs revert. Next Tuesday, Jocasta is out. Be ready.

This deck is from the great Ika, maker of half the meta decks, and it’s crazy disruptive even now. Ghost Rider”] and Danger are a mean combo. Danger forces certain cards to other locations that CGR can then eat, and we get our power from Kahhori and Infinity Ultron. Danger is probably not better than Negasonic in the list right now, but we’re a few days from just being able to run both and really ruin opponents.
