Once again this month we have two exclusive web shop bundles. And as in previous times, you can choose only one! So let’s break it down.

As you can see from the numbers above these bundles are very close to each other! The developers have carefully calculated the value to make sure they are roughly equal.

Nevertheless, there is something to be said here. First of all, the value of the Luke Cage bundle is due to the Credits, and their only use case involves opening spotlight caches. At the same time, the value of the Sera bundle is mostly centered in Gold, which means you have more choices for the same base value: you can spend it on variants or convert it to Credits or tokens. That kind of variability for the same value already puts the Sera bundle a little higher. But to be fair, the Luke Cage bundle has 5.7% more Progress Value, but on a scale of 200%, that’s very insignificant.

If you make comparisons to other bundles, you’ll find that the Sera bundle, for example, is very close to the Snow Daze bundle, but has more content. However, it’s worth considering that the Sera variant isn’t exclusive, and that Nebula is a Series 5 card and her bundle might be a way to get her into your decks.

The important point is also that both of these are included on Dan Hipp’s Album, so that may be an important deciding factor for some people.

It’s also worth considering the power of these two cards, which can be important both when using variants and when getting these cards for the first time, as players who don’t have them can use them right away.

With Luke Cage‘s recent nerf, it’s hard to accurately predict his future. It is likely that he will be a niche and situational card instead of an auto-include card in any deck. Nevertheless, it’s safe to name at least one archetype that was minimally affected by the nerf – Cerebro 5, so it will be the featured deck this time around.

Conclusion

So, on average, both of these bundles are good, but the Sera bundle seems like a slightly better choice because of the Gold and Sera’s better position in the meta. That being said, both of these bundles are quite good, but are not extremely profitable as they have been in past times. Their value is at the level of very good Gold bundles, which translates into pretty average USD bundles.

So in the end, we recommend you prioritize choosing the Sera bundle and give them both 3 out of 5 stars.
