If we look at the highest ranks only, both Ezekiel Sims and Spider-Punk are doing pretty well. They could even pair in some sort of Hybrid Move deck since Ezekiel Sims has been played in Scream this week.
However, while the season pass card manages to keep a high performance standard at all ranks, the new 2-cost is struggling outside the Infinite ranks.
It is a bit odd to see, as Ezekiel Sims’ best performing archetype is Sauron 10 Power, a deck typically doing better outside the infinite ranks rather than past that threshold. Then, it could be a case of Ezekiel Sims not being fit for many decks, and the player base in Infinite found the more suited landing spots while lower ranks are still experimenting at the moment.
| Mission | # | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Move Cards | 15 | 150 Credits |
| Win with Ezekiel Sims starting in your Deck | 4 | 300 Collector’s Tokens |
| Win with Spider-Punk starting in your Deck | 8 | 150 Gold |
Ezekiel Sims

Ezekiel Sims could be considered as two separate cards looking at its results. At all ranks, the 2-cost is posting catastrophic numbers, enough to be deemed as a bad investment for those who have not purchased the card yet.
However, if we look at the Infinite Ranks, Ezekiel Sims isn’t doing so bad, with both its win and cube averages in the green, on top being more popular as well.
Then, it seems like there are two Ezekiel Sims at the moment. One unfit for a global environment with a bit of everything, and the other doing pretty good in a more specific metagame, with more experienced players at the helm.

Spider-Punk Performance

Spider-Punk keeps posting very strong results, even with the bots now out of the equation. Obviously, it helps to be related to one of the strongest synergies in the game, as Move decks are fantastic performers at the moment.
Yet, earning a spot amongst the 12 cards in a top tier archetype is another sign of a powerful card.
Except for a balance update, and it will certainly not touch the season pass card if Second Dinner decides to nerf Move, Spider-Punk will be a strong card for the foreseeable future.

Bonus Challenge Decks
Move decks are the best way to employ Spider-Punk, but the card can be considered good enough to serve as a solid standalone too. Then, if you were facing too much of Mercury or Scream when playing your Move deck, you could just throw Spider-Punk in a strong, flexible archetype with an open spot for a 3-cost, such as Arishem Thanos.
Most of Ezekiel Sims numbers are due to Sauron 10 Power being very strong at the moment. However, the card also found its way in Scream Move, where Stegron and Aero can be enough to grow its power while Kraven and Hydra Stomper always welcome a new card able to move multiple times.
Supergiant Rocks is also using Ezekiel Sims. However, Lizard remains the stronger 2-cost based on results, likely because priority early on is more important than a few more points down the line.
