Good morning all! I’m back at Marvel Snap Zone with a deck of the day: a top deck for you to try out! My aim for this article is to get you in and out quickly and give you something new to play every day along with the tools to do well with it. This card won’t be in today’s deck, or many others going forward without a buff. It’s too weak without the stones, needs to be ramped into by another Series 5 card, and the Stones both are too inconsistent – some are outright bad – and take up too much board space. Infinity Ultron is, for now, a skip.

Recruit Season

Honifer, a top Marvel Snap player that has previously finished #2 on the Infinite Leaderboard, climbed all the way to #5 by abusing synergies that Thanos has with Loki.

This, at its core, is a Loki deck. It can Loki all the way up to turn 3, but it very rarely just wants to Loki alone without a plan. The idea of this deck is to use Thanos stones, King Eitri, and maybe even Nico Minoru if you’re lucky to draw discounted cards from the opponent. If any of those occur, you’re way ahead.

Outside of that, this deck uses control and surprise to win games. Thanos decks always have decent power – a non-Shangable 5-12 is great for locking down lanes, while Mockingbird is often a 2-9 or less. Either of these cards is combined with Shang Chi and Juggernaut for surprise wins. Blue Marvel really ramps up the power too, as the stones get pretty solid when they are buffed. Finally, this is one of the best Wiccan Thanos lists – the curve is extremely low, allowing for Wiccan to be an easy regular play with this far more than other Thanos decks.

This isn’t easy to play, but it’s brilliant when it works, an absolute cube thief that can bully snap.

1. Turn 1: Loki (if Draw in hand) > draw
2. Turn 2: 2 1s, Sam or IP (Loki still)
3. Turn 3: 2+1. Mockingbird as she fits from here on. (Loki still)
4. Turn 4: Wiccan > earlier
5. Turn 5: Thanos or Shang or Blarvel
6. Turn 6: Thanos or Jugg/Shang+
