Good morning all! I’m back at Marvel Snap Zone with a deck of the day: a top deck for you to try out! My aim for this article is to get you in and out quickly and give you something new to play every day along with the tools to do well with it. Check out the video for a verbal explanation of this and another new deck.
Lately, we’ve covered basically everyone who has been #1 on the Infininite Leaderboard more than once – Sizer2654, Xunzzz, and Derek have all made their name as the best ladder players. Not seen here recently is the last person who won more than once – Crazy. Let’s rectify that.
This deck cheats. Pixie is absolutely incredible right now, allowing plays that cannot be predicting, allowing not only huge wins but insane snap equity. She works amazingly, of course, with Mobius M Mobius or when used with draw or Demon from Nico Minoru, but perhaps her best play is the absolutely mean combos she creates with Sentry.
Nearly as good as Pixie in this deck is Merlin. He can turn a one drop into energy or a better card or get rid of bad locations, but the best option is to turn the Void into a 5-drop. When combined with a card like Shang Chi or Merlin’s extra energy spell, this can be backbreaking.
And, of course, this is a Killmonger deck. Getting rid of the Hood (or sending it over with Annihilus) is great, but the real star is Uncle Ben. Opponents plans can be ruined by Ben, especially in the far right lane as a set up for Annihilus.
We still haven’t talked about the big 6 drops. When opponents try to combo, Alioth wins, but every bit as important, again, thank you Merlin and Pixie, is Magneto to clog. When you have energy to do that on turn 5 and auto-win a lane or on turn 6 with an Annihilus, the game gets easy.
