Welcome to Collection Check, the article series in which I, KanyeBest, build and recommend decks based on your Pool Three pulls!
Want to submit your pulls for Collection Check? Input your collection in our collection tool, Head on over to our Marvel Snap Zone Discord, and put it in the Collection Check Submissions channel!
Today’s submission comes from CoachFliperon on Discord (check the link for their collection status). They say “Was fairly lucky so far. The best I was able to come up with – and what appears to be the most consistent for farming cubes – is a Dracula Infinaut list.”
They add: “Would like to try and find another good list to run in parallel to add a bit of diversity in playstyle for the next season’s grind!”

Luckily for CoachFliperon, they have several powerful cards!

These are the headliners of the pool, by far. Sera and Magik are well known to be powerful together, while Dracula is already what CoachFliperon is running.
This is a pretty basic Sera/Magik deck. It’s built to deploy your cards on the turn(s) after Sera hits the field, but also just plays very efficient threats so that you can contest locations even when you do not draw her. I included the Strong Guy discard subtheme simply because we do not have many of the Pool Three cards that can do that job better. There is a ton of flexibility in this list, and I would encourage CoachFliperon to try out various options.
Here’s an example of taking a different approach with a Sera deck. Green Goblin and Debrii can fill up opposing boards, leaving your Angela and Bishop as the strongest cards around. Korg and Rockslide work to brick opposing draws, while
If you are among the many people who have pulled Sera, but believe that other cards such as Mister Negative or Magik or Mystique are required to succeed with her, I would encourage you to change your thinking.
Collection-based matchmaking means that you’re unlikely to run up against those full power decks, so it’s totally fine to be playing a “worse” version of them, especially if it’s the best thing you can build. I am confident that both of these builds will suit CoachFliperon better than his current Dracula + The Infinaut build on the quest for more cubes!
Thanks for reading, and best of luck collecting those cubes!
