Good morning all! I’m back at Marvel Snap Zone with a deck of the day: a top deck for you to try out! My aim for this article is to get you in and out quickly and give you something new to play every day along with the tools to do well with it. If you want three more new decks today, check out this video!

It seems that Firehair is, in fact, quite good, which was both expected and a complete shock.
Yesterday on Stream, I played every Firehair deck I could find for four hours straight. I ended up spending most of that time hating Firehair, unable to buy a win except for one lone Thanos Destroy deck. She farmed some cool clips, but I was ready to declare her terrible.
Towards the end of the Stream, I was loudly complaining about the card when the #1 player, Derek, showed up to tell me he had been crushing with it. At that point, I played lists from both Derek and Sizer (the #2 rank player) and went 9-1 to finish the Stream with a 53% Win Rate.
Here is Derek’s list. Check the video above for Sizer’s.
I went 4-1 +8 cubes with this and Derek was 72% in 47 games at +85 cubes. This deck prints cubes.
It’s really a good cards list, but Firehair has plenty of great targets within it. You’re mostly trying to get extra Demons or Rocks in the deck with Korg, but more Iron Patriot, Killmonger, and Red Guardian triggers are pretty great, too. Of course, destroying these cards (or the act of playing Killmonger) gives you a cheap Death. Even though Mobius M. Mobius is in the meta, the card is relatively easy to deal with in this deck between Red Guardian and Lady Deathstrike.
Luna Snow is the secret MVP here by allowing early plays of Darkhawk or Lady Deathstrike, but also by allowing a 3-Cost + 2-Cost combo on Turn 4. This, for example, lets you play Killmonger with an Iron Patriot, which is exceedingly powerful. Because of this, it’s really easy to win the Iron Patriot lane. Once you have Luna Snow out you can have final turns like Darkhawk, Death, Iron Patriot‘s discounted card, and a Demon. That’s often upwards of 35 Power out of nowhere. No wonder this list steals cubes.
Card Replacements
- Needs: Iron Patriot, Luna Snow/Red Guardian
- Darkhawk -> Klaw or Iron Man, but then Korg -> Iceman
- Nico Minoru -> Iceman, Hawkeye
- Firehair -> Grand Master
Turn by Turn
- Turn 1: Korg > The Hood / Nico if Draw 2
- Turn 2: Iron Patriot > Firehair > two 1-drops
- Turn 3: Luna Snow > 2-Cost + 1-Cost
- Turn 4: Red Guardian and a 2-Cost or Lady Deathstrike / Darkhawk; if no Ramp, 2-Cost + 2-Cost or Killmonger + 1-Cost
- Turn 5: Misery + 1-Cost or 2-Cost, or just
Deathstrike / Darkhawk; Killmonger if it can reduce Death to free or 1 - Turn 6: Death and Darkhawk or Demons
