Welcome to Community Deck Feature! – A series here at Marvel Snap Zone where, as often as I can, I’m going to dip my toes over into the Deck Database section, pull out something that I think is cool or will be useful to newer players, and showcase it in text and video for the entire Snap community to see!
If you’d like a chance to have your deck featured on Community Deck Feature, upload your decklists over in our Deck Builder or share your creations in the Marvel Snap Zone Discord!
Today’s decklist comes from Snap Zone User BarkrulesKR through our community deckbuilder, looking to make Agatha Harkness a playable card in Pool Three! How do we do that? By trying to get rid of her of course!
This is VERY MUCH not my normal type of deck, but I thought it may be good to showcase some of the sillier things Pool Three has to offer as so many of you are taking your first steps into it! Additionally, I think Barkrules as done a great job at really minimizing the gamble – Quicksilver and Domino are very smart inclusions as the only one-cost and two-cost cards, making sure Agatha has to play them, and you can begin the roll the dice very consistently on turn three thanks to the three different discard effects. When it works, it’s absolute fireworks! – When it doesn’t, you can certainly sneak some bluff snaps in there to get the opponent to run while Agatha gives you plenty of time to drink your coffee.
I’d be interested to see if Wave should be in this list – Agatha always plays herself where possible, so Wave will pretty consistently ramp her out on turn four, but I have no idea if that’s better than just discarding her away!
Lastly, the speech bubble from Agatha about her being the only card worth your boosters is *gold* and such a flavourful touch from the team at Second Dinner – thanks to everyone who reached out to tell me about it!
