Good morning all! I’m back at Marvel Snap Zone with a deck of the day: a top deck for you to try out! My aim for this article is to get you in and out quickly and give you something new to play every day along with the tools to do well with it. Agamotto mid-range continues to evolve. The deck has settled into being about putting out power by using the scaling 4-Cost cards Galacta and Gwenpool as a way to win games. So the question became, what is the best way to steal wins from others using similar strategies with the meta starting to really coalesce around these ideas?
Well, Butt, one of the best players in Marvel Snap, had the idea to go all in on 4-drops, to overload with them for more combo chances. With this list he peaked at rank 4, and is currently sitting at rank 5.

This deck runs a whopping five 4-drops, but really six because Agamotto gives you the Images of Ikonn. That combination gives you a very specific two key cards.
Playing Zabu anywhere from Turns 1 – 3 is absolutely pivotal here. You’re going to draw a lot of 4-Costs, and the ability to play one late for three energy with Juggernaut or early with another card is absolutely huge here. You also very badly want to draw the Bolts of Balthakk. On Turn 3 that can be game-winning, allowing you to play two 4-drops immediately and putting you way ahead.
The main fours are, as usual, Galacta and Gwenpool, but Iron Lad hitting one of those or becoming a spell that doesn’t disappear is great. Anti-Venom can be either a free spell or, hopefully, a control card like Shang-Chi or Juggernaut, which is amazing, too.

- Turn 1: Zabu > Nico (you want draw two or Demon)
- Turn 2: Zabu > Iron Patriot or Sam Wilson
- Turn 3: Snap for a 4-Cost > Bolts of Balthakk > Copycat
- Turn 4: Galacta > Gwenpool > Anti-Venom > Iron Lad
- Turn 5: 2-Cost + Bolts of Balthakk > 4-Cost > Agamotto
- Turn 6: Go off… Shang + Jugg is ideal.
