Snap Judgments Deck of the Day: Oh, Strange Supreme is broken.

Good morning all! I’m back at Marvel Snap Zone with a deck of the day: a top deck for you to try out! My aim for this article is to get you in and out quickly and give you something new to play every day along with the tools to do well with it. Check out the video for a verbal explanation of this and three other new decks.

Oops, he’s insane, at least in Thanos, and likely in plenty of other players. 2-Cost scalers are often the best cards in Marvel Snap – think the Thena and Angela of old or, right now, Scream and Sam Wilson. Strange Supreme immediately joins them, but he does something extra that’s hugely impressive – he wins passively without taking up space. Yes, you’ll need to spend energy on cards to get him truly huge, but 1. there are more really big cards that just show up than you think, and 2. when that investment doesn’t take up board space, you can explode in power, letting him solo a lane and going huge in others.

This card is amazing.

GamingwithFlashX has absolutely absurd stats with this list. They came down a touch since the thumbnail, but just a touch. He went an absurd 42-8, an 84% win rate with +108 cubes – an over 2 cube per game average in top 10% Infinite!

We’ve talked about this deck before as one of the best, but Killmonger and Clog had pushed it to tier 2. Strange Supreme specifically solves for those matches, eating opponent Clog and leaving no few stones for Killmonger to mess up. Yes, he’s weak to Shadow King, but this deck runs Cosmo and has no other shortage of powerful plays.

The most interesting other change that Flash made is adding Iron Man for Mockingbird. MB can be played with Strange, it just leads to alternating game plans, but Iron Man gives you another huge, uncontestable lane winner. Opponents forced to focus on Strange Supreme can be caught unaware by an Iron Man power play, especially on top of a Captain America or Speed lane. Oh, and if you’re missing Speed for this list? He’s in Spotlights with Strange.

This is the best stats on a deck I’ve seen since the heyday of Agent Venom, and this is the best card since at least Sam Wilson Captain America.
