Introduction
In today’s Marvel Snap Deck Highlight, we have a deck by Oli Denning that features the Sera and the Discard synergy! The goal is to buff our cards early in the game, using the now 1-cost Okoye and Nakia, or start developing our Angela and Bishop.
Decks with Dracula
Towards the end of the game, we are looking for Sera, a great card that allows us to play cards that we saved up in our hand that make us discard cards (such as Hellcow and Lady Sif) towards the end of the game. This is great for two reasons:
- Allows you to keep the cards you discard at a minimum as you run your hand empty.
- Your opponents won’t be able to predict what’s coming, allowing us for some explosive plays.
If you can pull off Dracula and The Infinaut combo, the victory is even sweeter!
As discussed in our post-patch analysis article, we predict that the Discard synergy will only get more powerful as there are no true counters and has other powerful payoffs such as Apocalypse, Hela, and Morbius that we can utilize in different builds.
