Conquest Medal Shop Guide and Analysis – Loki For All Time (September 2023) Season
After the first few months of experimenting with Medal Shop content, we’re finally seeing a bit of stability and predictability. The content this month is almost unchanged – only the prices of the last infinite boosters on Week 4 have changed. Now, let’s take a look at how many Medals this season’s Conquest exclusive variant will cost you.

You have four weeks until the end of the season to earn enough Medals for the rewards. Make sure to spend them all on the Medal Shop before the season ends! If you have leftover Medals at the end of the season, each Medal will be worth 0.15 Boosters for a random card. For example: 100 Medals will convert to 15 Boosters.
Season Start: September 5, 2023 at 3 AM GMT
Season End: October 3, 2023 at 3 AM GMT

Different Strategies
Strategy | Medals | % diff relative to the cheapest |
---|---|---|
Cheapest | 3770 | |
Optimal | 4320 | +14.59% |
Premium | 6070 | +61.01% |
A few different strategies were chosen for the chart, and each corresponds to the thee major types of players.
The strategy of the cheapest purchases is, as expected, based on the fact that you don’t like the Conquest mode and want to get the reward as soon as possible. Also, if possible, we choose as many different awards as possible, as long as the price stayed the same.
The optimal strategy is related to getting the maximum progress value when choosing nine items to buy. We also select variants and other items, the purchase of which will allow you to make the final cost lower. It’s supposed to be the most balanced strategy for a player who wants to get the most important and necessary items from the Medal Shop.
The premium strategy is based on the fact that a player wants all the resources and cosmetics that are only sold in the Medal Shop. This is the most expensive strategy that will require you to play a lot of games in Conquest.
For all strategies, it’s taken into account that when you buy a ticket, you get Medals back when you use it. So, for example, if you buy a ticket to the Gold Tier for 300 Medals and use it, you get 75 Medals just for that. This ultimately makes the cost of this purchase equal to 225 Medals.
What’s Changed

The number of Medal rewards seems unchanged from last month and has remained at the values above. However, the price of random boosters at Week 4 has increased significantly, from 300 Medals to 700 for 65 Boosters and from 750 Medals to 1000 for 155 Boosters.
This change has slightly increased the cost for all strategies except premium, but it didn’t affect the price balance in the Medal Shop overall.
Meanwhile, the difference between the cheapest strategy and the optimal strategy has shrunken even more, so you’ll be much better off playing a couple more games and getting useful currencies rather than boosters and tickets. Specifically, you’ll need 550 more Medals to get all the rewards from the optimal strategy, which would be about seven games at a 50% Win Rate.
Conclusion
September should be a good month for Conquest rewards. Those who don’t like the game mode can still get enough Medals for all the optimal strategy rewards pretty quickly, and avid players can spend the extra Medals on boosters at the end of the season (albeit less efficiently).
It’s likely that this lull is due to preparations for the release of new emotes to the game, some of which will surely be available next season in Conquest mode as a nice reward for hardcore players. And, if that happens, it’s certain that the Medal Shop content will change significantly. In the meantime, enjoy the game and go farm some Medals!

I did not like last month’s Wolverine variant at all, but at least I got some boosters for a good one I do have.
I don’t have an Odin variant yet, so I’m quite happy with this one.
