Season Pass
Players need 1000 Season Pass XP per level of the Season Pass. Most of the XP is obtained through Season Pass Missions and playing matches through the following formula. This allows players to progress past the main rewards at Level 50 towards the Season Cache:
- 1 XP for each turn played in a match
- 10 XP for each location won in a match
- 50 XP for each Hard Daily Mission

Skills
Agamotto’s Ancient Arcana are the first peek at a new type of card called skills. Skills don’t have Power, and are banished (gone forever) after taking effect. That allows them to cost less Energy than analogous character cards, as well as leaving extra card slots at locations to enable plays like triggering Hope Summers additional times.
You can expect to see more skills in the future representing all sorts of concepts that demonstrate an action or ability, opening up the possibilities to bring all the coolest parts of Marvel into SNAP!
Banish
This is a new term and zone for cards that are gone for good: unlike destroyed and discarded cards, they won’t be hopping back into the match after they’re gone. For more information on skills and Banish, be sure to check out the new patch notes!

Sanctum Showdown Cards
Sanctum Showdown will continue until March 11, 2025, and the Series 4 cards Uncle Ben, Gorgon, and Laufey will be available in the Token Shop starting March 13, 2025.
The Return of High Voltage
March 21st – March 28th
The game mode is so electrifying, it demands MORE encores.
High Voltage is a limited-time mode that makes the world’s fastest collectible card game even faster! In this mode, there’s no snapping, just 3 turns with more energy and more cards to make even BIGGER power swings.
In High Voltage, you will start the game with 2 cards, and draw 2 new cards each round. On each of the 3 turns, you and your opponent will gain the same amount of randomized energy to try and play out your best strategies. And to make sure it stays fast, certain locations and characters will be restricted, so no playing Magik to slow things down!
And don’t forget, playing High Voltage during the event is the ONLY way to unlock our newest card, The First ghost Rider, for FREE! The event ends on March 28th at 10:59am PST so don’t miss out or you’ll have to find The First ghost Rider in the token shop as a Series 4 card, available on March 28th.

Each new season brings new Locations that can show up during games. On Wednesdays and Sundays at 7 PM UTC, a location shows up 50% more during games for 24 hours. Below are the new Featured Locations that are newly added to the game.
Conquest Medal Shop
- The Conquest variant can be obtained by purchasing 9 items from the Medal Shop.
- Make sure to spend them all on the Medal Shop before the season ends! If you have leftover Medals at the end of the season, each Medal will be worth 0.15 Boosters for a random card. Example: 100 Medals will convert to 15 Boosters.
Ultimate Variant
Ultimate Variants can be purchased for 5,000 Collector’s Tokens from the Token Shop.
Ranked Seasonal Rewards
- Players can climb the Marvel Snap ladder by winning Cubes from games. Every 7 Cubes increase the rank, and every 10 ranks is a new tier of rewards. Players cannot go below rank 100 once they reach the Infinite rank.
- For each new season, the following reset is performed for players who were under Rank 100:
- Deduct 30 ranks from player’s last rank in the previous season
- Round down to the closest integer divisible by 5
- Add 3 bonus ranks
- To obtain the seasonal rewards retroactively, players must play 10 games. For example, if you started the season in Diamond (rank 60), you will earn all rewards from Recruit to Diamond (rank 1 to 60) after playing 10 games in the current season.

Season Pass Missions
Season Pass Missions are divided into Chapters, one per week. Each Chapter has 7 Missions, and a Challenge that grants additional XP when all Missions are completed. Each Chapter rewards a variable amount of Season XP, between 8000 and 9000.
When the season starts, Chapter 1 of the Season Pass Missions opens with 4 available missions. Then every 24 hours, a new mission unlocks. Every week, a new chapter unlocks with 4 missions until the end of the season.
