The buff to Viv Vision has proved to be a great one, as the season pass now looks like a solid card to run in multiple archetypes. It is still debatable whether the card is needed to run the likes of Scream Move, Wiccan Curve or Silver Surfer, but the builds using Viv Vision are doing well overall.
Jocasta follows a similar path, immediately becoming a staple in the End of Turn archetype, while it can also serve as a support card in Bullseye, Cerebro 3. The card also helped revamp the Darkhawk synergy, with Black Widow finally looking like a really annoying card when it activates twice.
So far, most of those decks aren’t very popular, which leads to Jocasta to post disappointing metrics overall. Yet, when we look at the details, most of the archetypes I mentioned have a strong list which just needs to prove its worth over hundreds of games.
| Mission | # | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Win a Location with 4 Cards | 15 | 300 Credits |
| Win with Jocasta starting in your Deck | 4 | 400 Collector’s Tokens |
| Win with Viv Vision starting in your Deck | 8 | 200 Gold |
Jocasta

Jocasta’s numbers and my own experience testing the card are widely different. Indeed, I have had fantastic results testing End of Turn with the card included, while Cerebro 3 was also fine. Yet, if we trust the results of the community, Jocasta is off to a very disappointing start considering the hype it had ahead of joining Marvel Snap.
One thing to note is the B tier ranking while both the win rate and the cube average are below parallel. This could indicate a lot of cards aren’t doing that well at the moment, and Jocasta is actually a fine performer relative to the other cards in the game.
For Warlock and Jim Hammond Human Torch, their poor performance was reflected by their most popular decks also posting relatively low numbers. In the case of Jocasta, I would wait a bit longer to see whether the performance goes up as the decks used for testing slowly disappear, and only the best ones remain.

Viv Vision Performance

One week removed from her buff to a [3/3], Viv Vision still does not look like Season Pass material if compared to her predecessors, but at least is posting good enough numbers to deserve her popularity.
More importantly, Viv Vision earned her spot as a staple, or at least a solid consideration in many competitive archetypes, such as Silver Surfer, Wiccan Curve or Scream. In the end, the goal of every card is to be playable, and the Season Pass finally earned that status, so the buff from a week ago did exactly what is aimed for.

Bonus Challenge Decks
Although neither card can call themselves dominant at the moment, both Viv Vision and Jocasta are part of competitive archetypes. Then, completing this weekend’s missions should be fairly simple, on top of an occasion to test different builds, since both cards have at least three different one they can be slotted in.
