A new week treats us to such a good bundle, the first since July when we got the Frostfang Behemoth bundle. So let’s see what makes this bundle so good and where it stands compared to other offers.
In a situation where every bundle is competing with others to be the worst, this deal doesn’t try to put players off. Low price, more useful and valuable Credits instead of Tokens, and a solid Tokens per Gold value of 0.92 – all this benefits the bundle and really makes you consider buying it, especially compared to others.
Also, this week the great Booster Packs we love suddenly vanished from the shop. Maybe they were judged too generous and removed from the game, the Hungry For Pumpkin bundle looks even better.
Comparison With Other Bundles
Unfortunately, because of the ongoing decline in bundles’ value, the Hungry For Pumpkin bundle doesn’t look very good on the chart when you take into account all unique bundles from the past 12 and 6 months.
So yeah, it doesn’t beat the pricey 5,000 bundles in terms of Progress Value (the raw difference in the contents’ price), but it’ll perform better on other charts.
For example, if we only look at bundles in a similar price range, you’ll see the Hungry For Pumpkin bundle climb on the chart and rise above the average. That’s already a good sign.
For the most important metric, Total Tokens per Gold, the picture’s good – the Hungry For Pumpkin bundle stays above average both versus bundles from the last year and versus those from the last 6 months.
So yeah, 0.92 Total Tokens per Gold is a really solid number, and I’d like to see more bundles hit that.
1.4 Credits per Gold here can’t compete with the 1.67 seen in some well-known, possibly short-lived Booster Packs, but it’s still an above-average, very solid figure as the chart shows.
So if you were waiting for a bundle with good Credits ratio – this is it!
Use cases for the Green Goblin variant
Since Green Goblin is a Series 3 card, we won’t factor in extra value from the variant – I’ll just briefly mention the main decks where you might use him.
And of course the first thing that comes to mind is clog decks, where the recently buffed green guy finds great use. Depending on current rank and game mode, the clog deck can perform differently, but overall it’s relevant and definitely can’t be called weak.
The other deck, while a bit off-meta now, still tilts players like it used to – the Galactus deck with an alternate win-con in the form of Destroyer. If you want to add the new variant to that deck, it fits great here too.
Conclusion
So, in the end we have a bundle at a great price of 2,500 Gold, with Credits included, a solid Total Tokens value for Gold, and a nice variant on top.
What keeps the Hungry For Pumpkin bundle from getting 5 stars is that the numbers and charts aren’t that impressive, and it’s still unclear where bundles will move in the future. If you believe they’ll keep getting worse, I think this bundle is worth 5 stars for you. And I’ll take a slightly more conservative stance and give it 4.5 stars, calling it probably the best all-around bundle since July 2025.
So if you have a full collection or there’s no point in waiting for a specific card in a bundle – the Hungry For Pumpkin bundle is for you, definitely grab it.
Also, don’t forget that you can evaluate this bundle in comparison to others using a variety of different criteria, utilizing the special chart on the dedicated Hungry For Pumpkin bundle page! Below is an updated guide on how to use our tools to evaluate bundles on your own.
