Team Clash Cards & Custom Decks

The clan based limited time event is back, available from March 12th to the 19th. A new team will enter the fray and once again, we’ll get to decide whether we want to use Second Dinner’s pre-built decks, or build our own list.

In this article, I’ll share my initial builds and tons of useful information if you intend to craft your own team! There will be quests to complete in the event, so we will like have to play every team at some point.

Core Cards & Team Abilities

Avengers

After you play an Avenger, give one of your Avengers there +1 Power.

• Team Clash Hawkeye – [1/2] – On Reveal: If you play a card here next turn, +2 Power. If it’s an Avenger, repeat this ability here.
• Team Clash Doctor Strange – [2/2] – On Reveal: Move one of your Avengers with On Reveal to this location to repeat its ability.
• Team Clash Captain America – [3/4] – Ongoing: Your other Avengers here have +2 Power.
• Team Clash Thor – [3/3] – On Reveal: Draw an Avenger, then shuffle Mjolnir into your deck.
• Team Clash Vision – [4/6] – If you have another Avenger here, you can move this.
• Team Clash Hulk [6/11] – On Reveal: +2 Power for each other Avenger you have here.

Thunderbolts

Each turn, give the first Thunderbolt you reveal at a losing location +2 Power.

• Team Clash Valentina – [1/-1] – On Reveal: Add a random Thunderbolt to your hand. Give it -1 Cost.
• Team Clash Toxie Doxie – [2/1] – On Reveal: Give 2 characters in your hand +2 Power. You can’t play them next turn unless they’re Thunderbolts.
• Team Clash Winter Soldier – [2/7] – You can only play this at a location you’re losing.
• Team Clash Ghost – [3/6] Costs 1 less for each location you’re losing.
• Team Clash Task Master – [4/-1] – On Reveal: Gains Power equal to your other highest-Power Thunderbolt.
• Team Clash Sentry – [4/9] On Reveal: Add a -9 Power Void to a location where you don’t have a Thunderbolt.

Guardians of the Galaxy

ALL cards reveal with +1 Power at the glowing location.

• Team Clash Mantis – [0/1] – On Reveal: If your opponent played a card here this turn, give a Guardian in your hand -2 Cost.
• Team Clash Rocket Raccoon – [1/3] – On Reveal: If your opponent played a card here this turn, draw a Guardian and give it +2 Power.
• Team Clash Star Lord – [2/3] – On Reveal: If your opponent played a card here this turn, give +1 Power to your Guardians in hand and play.
• Team Clash Drax – [3/5] – On Reveal: If your opponent played a card here this turn, double this card’s Power.
• Team Clash Groot – [4/12] On Reveal: Discard a non-Guardian card from your hand unless your opponent played a card here this turn.
• Team Clash Gamora – [5/8] – On Reveal: If your opponent played a card here this turn, destroy their lowest-Cost card here.

Spider-Verse

You get +2 Energy if one of your Spider-Verse cards moved last turn.

• Team Clash Ghost Spider – [1/2] – On Reveal: The last card you played moves here. If it’s a Spider-Verse card, this gains +2 Power.
• Team Clash Agony – [1/2] – After you play a card here, merge this with it. If it’s a Spider-Verse card, move it away from here.
• Team Clash Scarlet Spider – [3/5] – Activate: Add a clone with the same Power to another location, then move this to the third location.
• Team Clash Symbiote Spider-Man – [4/6] – Activate: Merge one of your cards here into this. Replace that card with a Spider-Verse card from your deck.
• Team Clash Anti-Venom – [4/4] – On Reveal: If any card moved last turn, set the Cost of your top card to 0.
• Team Clash Spider-Man 2099 – [5/8] – On Reveal: For each time your cards moved this game, give +1 Power to one of your cards. (0 times)

X-Men

You get +1 Energy for each location where you have 3 or more X-Men.

• Team Clash Nightcrawler – [1/2] – You can move this once. When this moves, give it +1 Power for each of your X-Men at the new location.
• Team Clash Wolverine – [2/3] – At the start of each turn, +2 Power if you got any bonus Energy.
• Team Clash Jean Grey – [2/4] – The next time you get bonus Energy as the turn starts, draw a card.
• Team Clash Cyclops – [3/1] – Ongoing: Gains Power equal to the most Energy you had in one turn this game.
• Team Clash Jubilee – [4/1] – On Reveal: Add the top card of your deck to this location. Give it Power equal to your unspent Energy.
• Team Clash Professor X – [5/5] – You get +1 Energy each turn for each of your X-Men here.

Brotherhood of Mutants

End of Turn : Give a brotherhood card in your hand +1 Power for each location you’re winning.

• Team Clash Selene – [1/1] – On Reveal – A Brotherhood card in your hand steals 2 Power from a random card in your opponent’s hand
• Team Clash Scarlet Witch – [2/4] – On Reveal – Replace this location with another one. If you’re winning here, add a Brotherhood card to your hand.
• Team Clash Mystique – [2/3] – On Reveal – Copy the text of one of your Brotherhood cards here.
• Team Clash White Queen – [3/4] – On Reveal – Copy a card from your opponent’s hand to your hand. While you’re winning here, it costs 2 less.
• Team Clash Lady Deathstrike – [4/4] – On Reveal – Destroy an enemy card here with less Power than your total Brotherhood Power here.
• Team Clash Magneto – [5/9] – On Reveal – Move an enemy 3-cost card and an enemy 4-cost card away from here.

Custom Decks

Cards in their Team Clash form are acting up, and don’t want to show properly when in a deck. These decks will just show the cards, but the core 6 for each teams have different abilities, power and cost. They are all listed above.
