It’s been a wild ride for Marvel Snap for the last few weeks, and things are now just getting settled. The game is back on the app stores for US players, everybody has been sent their welcome back compensation rewards, and some cards have been rebalanced.
As a result, the upcoming Marvel Snap Patch Update has been postponed one week for Tuesday February 11, 2025.
Last week’s service interruptions in the US prevented us from performing our usual QA and testing on the upcoming patch.
Due to this interruption, we’ve delayed next week’s patch one week to February 11. This patch includes Character Mastery (which we’re excited about!). Next season still begins on Feb 4 as scheduled.

- Feb 11: Patch
- Feb 13: OTA
- Feb 27: OTA
- Mar 4: Patch
Players are still expecting the full rewards for the Dark Avengers Global Bounty Event to be sent out.
Character Mastery Preview
Character Mastery will be a new system in the upcoming patch where every cosmetic you collect for every card in the game will contribute towards unlocking brand new Infinity Splits and exclusive rewards for that card. Check out the preview of what’s to come!
