Marvel Snap Hellfire Gala (December 2023) Variants & Guide

Variants are the spice of life in Marvel Snap! In this section, you will find a complete list of all the new variants to be released with Marvel Snap’s December 2023 Hellfire Gala Season. They are released periodically throughout the season from December 6 to January 3 via various sources, as categorized below. You can also check out the complete list of variants in our database or click on the links in the Table of Contents above to browse them all by their rarity.

New Feature: Albums

Albums will be a new feature in Marvel Snap starting with this Season, rewarding players for collecting specific sets of variants designated by the game. While the Albums themselves won’t require you to collect variants not already available in the game via the Daily Offer shop, there will also be exclusive rewards to along with it such as Emotes.

Shop Takeover: Hellfire Gala

Hellfire Gala is highlighted in this season, with 10 new variants to be released. There will be just one Shop Takeover on December 11, and all variants are Super Rare (1,200 Gold). More details can be found on the event page.

Twitch Drop

There will be another Twitch Drop from December 20th to January 2nd, but does not feature any unique variants.

Seasonal

The Seasonal variants are released periodically and added to the pool. They can be obtained in the following ways:

• Rare variants can be purchased from the Shop in the Daily Offer section for 700 Gold. They can also be obtained randomly from a Mystery Variant from rewards such as the Caches, Season Pass, Ranked, Medal Shop, or Bundles (among a Base Card you already own).
• Super Rare variants can only be purchased from the Shop in the Daily Offer section for 1,200 Gold.
• Ultimate variants can be purchased from the Token Shop for 5,000 Collector’s Tokens.

Bundles

Below variants are exclusive to the bundles they are purchased in. They are not released again, and currently cannot be obtained through other methods. When purchased, they can be used in your decks before you collect their Base Card.

Conquest Medal Shop

The exclusive variant for Conquest mode can be obtained by purchasing 9 items from the Medal Shop for the corresponding season.

Season Pass

Season Pass variants can only be obtained from the paid Premium Season Pass track. The exceptions to these are for the Season Passes from Beta (June 2022 to October 2022), which can be available in a Beta Rewind Bundle.

Spotlight Caches

Every week, there will be three featured cards in a Spotlight Cache, and if you already own one of the featured cards, the Spotlight Cache will instead feature a time-exclusive Spotlight Variant for the featured card.
