Google Play Points – $2 Marvel Snap Discount Coupons Are Back!
Table of Contents
Google Play Points is a rewards program that lets you earn points and rewards with the Google Play Store. Marvel Snap purchases are also eligible for discounts – so if you are on an Android device, you can start collecting points to get coupons if you aren’t already! This guide will show you how to get started.
What Are Google Play Points?
The Google Play Store allows you to earn Google Play Points, which allows you to:
- Earn points for purchases of digital content, in-app items, and downloads from the Google Play Store.
- Use points to get discount coupons, in-app items, or Google Play Credit.
- Get more benefits, rewards, and points as your level goes up.
Content that you can buy and earn points on depends on your country.
You start to earn 1 point for every $1 USD (or your currency equivalent) you spend with Google Play. When you collect enough points within a calendar year, you’ll level up, which earns you more points and benefits. The higher your level, the more points you earn.
You can learn more about the program and sign up with Google here or open the Google Play Store app on your Android mobile device:
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Play Points.
- Tap Join.

Nuverse Shop
You can also receive discounts on cash purchases using the official publisher web shop as you pay Nuverse directly (without the app store commissions), and thanks to currency conversions. Unfortunately you cannot make use of both, so weigh up between the two methods to see what gets a bigger discount for you. Check out the separate guide below for further details.

Oh, good to know it is back. Disappeared for a while.
Of course if you live in a different part of world than US than go screw yourself. For 100 ponts I can get coupon for 4 CZK (0,18 USD). Wow, what a deal.
That is indeed a bad rate. Sorry to hear. 🙁
That’s awful. I can get €2 for 100 points so not too bad.
Does anyone know if the coupons expire? I’m not looking to buy anything (other than the season pass in September) until the Wong bundle and that’s nearly a month and a half away.
Looks like they expire in the Google Play app in one year.
Thank you for this info, I’ve noticed these coupons have been gone for a while. Their existence was why I started bothering with Google Play Points in the first place.
Although I’ve since discovered the Nuverse shop and that proved to be a much better deal – the Android commisions can be rather ridiculous, as for me Season Pass costs closer to 13$ there, and the coupon itself is of 0.5$ value proposition at best.
One thing I don’t think I have seen mentioned anywhere is this little question: do these coupons actually stack towards a single purchase?
No. You need to use it before you can get another one.
Ah, that’s disappointing, but good to know all the same. Thanks!
Seems like Google Play Credit is the only way for actual bigger discounts, then. Not that it comes cheap or easily.
