Atlantis Beach Boogie Event Guide

MARVEL SNAP Atlantis Beach Boogie Event (“Event”) is organized by Nuverse (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Organizer“) and these Rules govern your participation in the Event. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Event is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. This Event is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by anyone other than us and our affiliates. Marvel, The Walt Disney Company, and their affiliates are not sponsors, administrators, or prize providers of this Event. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, YOU ACCEPT THESE RULES AND OUR INTERPRETATION OF THESE RULES, WHICH WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.

Eligibility. The Event is open to all Philippines players and players from other regions who have received beta test invitations from MARVEL SNAP team, but is void wherever restricted or prohibited by law. The Event is available for players whose rank tier in Atlantis Season is gold or higher(40 or above). You are not eligible to participate in the Event if: (i) the laws that apply to you prohibit you from participating; or (ii) you or one of your household members are an employee, officer, director of ours or one of our affiliates or were involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Event; or (iii) you or one of your household members are employees of Marvel, The Walt Disney Company, and their affiliates.

Event Period. The start date and time of the Event are Jun 22, 2022 (UTC). The end date and time of the Event are July 5, 2022 at 02:59:59 (UTC).

How to Participate and increase Event rank. To participate in the Event, entrants must reach gold rank tier in Atlantis Season. The leaderboard rank for the Event will be determined by the number of cubes gained in-game during the Event period. Cubes can be obtained in rank mode, the total cube numbers=Net winning rank points during the Event period. Parentheses indicate the net number of cubes of the player during the Event is negative. For players who reach gold rank tier after Event begins, only cubes gained after reaching gold rank tier will be counted in. If players win the same amount of cubes, their Event ranks will be decided by in-game rank tiers. If in-game rank tiers are still the same, Event ranks will be decided by in-game rank mode win rates.

One Hundred (100) winners who are the top 100 on the leaderboard after the Event ends will be listed from Jul 5 to Jul 12. Only nicknames in the game and Event period cubes will be displayed and all information collected shall be used for Event only.

Limitations on Entries. No third-party entry is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by us, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY WEBSITE, MOBILE APPLICATION, GAME OR SOCIAL NETWORKING SERVICE RELATED TO THE EVENT, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE EVENT, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. WE AND OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BLOCK THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, RESTRICT THEIR ACCESS TO OUR GAME AND SERVICES, SEEK DAMAGES FROM THEM AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST THEM TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

RELEASE. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS 1) US, OUR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS；AND 2) MARVEL, THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY AND THEIR AFFILIATES (AND EACH OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES) FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR INCOMPLETE, ILLEGIBLE, MISDIRECTED, LATE, LOST, OR DAMAGED, SUBMISSIONS, TAGS OR PRIZE NOTIFICATIONS, ALL OF WHICH ARE VOID; OR FOR LOST, INTERRUPTED, INACCESSIBLE OR UNAVAILABLE NETWORKS, SERVERS, SATELLITES, INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS, WEBSITES, OR OTHER CONNECTIONS; OR FOR MISCOMMUNICATIONS, FAILED, JUMBLED, SCRAMBLED, DELAYED, OR MISDIRECTED COMPUTER OR OTHER COMMUNICATION TRANSMISSIONS; OR FOR ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS, FAILURES, DIFFICULTIES OR OTHER ERRORS OF ANY KIND OR NATURE; OR FOR THE INCORRECT OR INACCURATE CAPTURE OF INFORMATION, OR THE FAILURE TO CAPTURE ANY INFORMATION.

Uncontrollable Events. In the event the operation or integrity of the Event is compromised by an event beyond our reasonable control, we may suspend, modify or terminate the Event.
