Marvel Snap has issued an announcement regarding the official leaderboard and player’s MMR at the start of the season. Check it out below!
Update Regarding MMR
December 15, 2023:
The MARVEL SNAP Team would like to extend our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this season’s MMR normalization issue.
Directly affected players who had their MMR normalized last week will receive 500 Gold, and all other players will receive 200 Credits.

We’ve been aware of an issue impacting the MMR normalization at the beginning of each season. This bug has given an unintended advantage to some players, and we will implement a fix as soon as possible to level the playing field and ensure a fair start in future seasons. For the players not correctly normalized at the beginning of the season, this fix will correctly reduce your current SNAP points by the amount they should have been reduced by at the start of the season.
We know folks work and play hard at the start of the season to climb the leaderboard quickly, and we’re sorry this impacts your progress thus far. Additionally, the leaderboard website will not immediately reflect this fix. Instead, the leaderboard will slowly update over time.
