Literally the first time I’ve used the variant shop, Kitty Pryde, Galactus, Carnage and Scarlet Witch so far umming and arring about Venom

I managed to pull exactly 1 variant from the last so-called variant ”rush,” and it wasn’t even one of the ones I really wanted. This is WAY better.
Oh my God, I just automatically bought the Avast Ye Admiral bundle…and THEN saw this, when I hadn’t left myself enough gold for Dan Hipp Galactus?

Dan Hipp is no different than getting a pixel for me, especially with how rampant they already are with the mystery variants, and I do not like the style at all.
Dan Hipp has already taken over spotlight variants, and don’t get me started on how (as D Kruger put it) “unpleasant” that is. There are variants I actually want…. This is so stupid….
I don’t get it? I love them and the style, so fun and colorful! Give me them all!
I don’t get all the hate, but, of course, I love Hipp’s style.
Too bad other artists don’t have artwork in the game for those who don’t… Oh, wait.
I’m sure they’ll do this again with other artists.

Yuck.
While the Dan Hipp variants are far from my favorites, I like this as a concept. Hopefully they give us Max Grecke, Peach Momoko, and artgerm Shop takovers in the future!
